Quick Ways To Lose Weight

In today's world EVERYONE wants to know the quickest way to lose weight. The only problem with the quick ways is they AREN'T safe at all. In the end you will most likely gain all the weight back, and then some. This is because most of these diets that claim they are the quickest ways, are starvation diets. That's a big no no.

So I'm going to share with you the safe way,

Plan: For everything to work well you always need a plan right? The same goes with losing weight. You need a solid plan that you can follow day by day so you won't go off track.

Diet Plan: First of all, you have to cut out soft drinks. Diet soft drinks are okay but it's still not recommended. I personally prefer to drink water, and just water. But if you don't like the taste of it you can add crystal light packs, those taste great. You should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day, which equals to 64oz of water a day. Cut out all fried foods, fast foods, red meat, anything white(bread, potatoes, rice etc.) Include more fruits, veggies, good carbs(100% wheat), good fats, and protein(chicken, fish, nuts)

Exercise Plan: Exercise is a must for the quickest way to lose weight. You can't just change your diet, you need to be active too.

Cardio Exercises: Walking, Running, Dancing, Rock Climbing, Swimming, Bicycling, Aerobics, to list a few. There literally tons of different cardio exercise you could do. Come up with a schedule, you should exercise at least 4-5 days a week and at least 30 minutes each time. Remember the key is to be consistent, if you exercise for a week then don't do it the next week, its completely useless. Keep up with it every day and every week and you should start seeing results quickly

Yup that's it, no magic pills or supplements. It's simple as eating the correct foods in the correct portions and staying active. I'll admit it wont be easy, but with motivation and consistence, you could lose as much weight as you want.
